ACE valve equipped with more than 60 sets of advanced facilities including processing equipment such as one double frictionless forging press with 8000T,2500T, 1600T, 1000T,630T, and 400T (Totally11units), airhammer 1750KG,10ooKG, 560KG and 250KG(Totally 6units),two heat treatment furnaces, two robotic arms. CNC machines, CNC machining centers, lathes, etc. And testing equipments such as spectrometer hardness tester, NDT equipment CMM and so on.
● Our major products are inluding Forging, Valve body, Closure, Seat ring, Bonnet, Trunnion Plate, Stem, Top Flange, Shaft etc. Our equipment allows us to manufacture valve components from 1/2”-56",Class 150LB~4500LB.
